A Handful of New Paintings… and My Store!

Friday, February 19th, 2010

I have been a busy bee at the easel lately!  Below is some new work I’ve finished in the past month.  But first, without further ado…

My Store

I’m thrilled to introduce my new Etsy store!  I’ll be listing my available originals and prints there.  Right now I’m starting with some older pieces that have been “retired” from art shows and will be building the store over the next few months.  It will also make it easier to offer prints.  Visit the store and check back to see what’s added, there’s even a subscribe feature on the  lower right side of my store that will let you know when I add items!  You can also see the most recent items listed by going to my Store page right here on the left side of my blog.

And Now, the Paintings…

First is a series of horses competing the three stages of three day eventing (all three pieces are 16″ x 20″ oil on canvas).

Natural Beauty:

And on the less “polished” but still as beautiful side of the spectrum, this is an 18″ x 24″ oil of a mustang mare (named Christina – avaiable through the rescue HEART of Tucson) called “Natural Beauty”…
